By subscribing to or using any Nova Cable service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Nova Cable Communications Inc.
Nova Cable provides cable television programming, high-speed internet connectivity, and related services to residential customers. Services are available only at your qualified service address and are subject to technical feasibility and geographic availability.
You agree to use Nova Cable services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes within a single household at your service address. You may not:

Services are billed monthly in advance. By providing a payment method, you authorize Nova Cable to charge your account on your billing cycle date. Your bill includes your base plan rate plus applicable taxes, franchise fees, and surcharges. Nova Cable reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days advance written notice to your account email.
All standard Nova Cable plans are offered on a month-to-month basis with no minimum commitment. You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us at +1 (888) 339-6388. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Promotional offers may include minimum term requirements, which will be disclosed at the time of signup.
Nova Cable strives to maintain 99.9% network uptime. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which may result in brief service interruptions. We are not liable for service outages caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Cable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Nova Cable's total liability to you shall not exceed the total monthly service fees paid in the three months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas, or through binding arbitration as provided in our arbitration addendum.
We may modify these Terms at any time with at least 30 days notice to your account email address. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
